Appointments

Your time with the doctor is very important to you and to Northwest Columbus Urology. In order to allow sufficient time for your visit, the doctor sees patients by appointment only. You can call the Marysville or Delaware office to schedule an appointment during normal business hours.

If you are a new patient or if you have not been seen in the office for more than a year, you will need to bring your current insurance information. We will scan a copy of your insurance card into our computer system.

Many insurance companies require a referral from your primary care physician in order to cover the costs of your appointment. To save you time and money, please check with your primary care physician and your insurance carrier before calling for an appointment. It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure the required referral has been made.


If You Need To Cancel An Appointment or Procedure

Kindly call our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment or procedure. Our staff takes great care in preparing for your procedure days before its scheduled date. Because of the time and costs involved in preparation, you will be charged for your procedure if you do not notify us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not pay for canceled procedure fees and therefore this would be an added expense for you.
